Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a fluid conveying pump device and provides a fluid conveying pump device in which a plurality of components constituting the fluid conveying pump device form a stack structure. Also, an embodiment of the present invention relates to an electroosmotic pump and provides an electroosmotic pump and a power supply device of the electroosmotic pump which have structures that can be easily coupled to each other. Also, an embodiment of the present invention relates to a fluid conveying apparatus and provides a fluid conveying apparatus that includes suction and discharge paths that can increase the conveying efficiency of a fluid and prevent clogging of a flow path.
