Abstract:
Provided is a fluid delivery device capable of removing dust on the rotor surface. The fluid delivery device (1) includes: a rotor housing body (15) provided with a rotor housing chamber (14) for housing the rotor (10) of a canned electric motor; and a pump casing (4) in which a fluid delivery chamber (6) hermetically provided continuously to the rotor housing chamber (14) is provided and a bladed wheel (5) is housed in the fluid delivery chamber (6). In addition, the vicinity of the side of the fluid delivery chamber (6) and the upper end of the rotor housing chamber (14) are connected by a hollow pipe (16).
