Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flow passage device that can suppress generation of bubbles during introduction of a solution into a flow passage. This device has a pair of substrates which are laminated in the thickness direction and one of which is provided with a flow passage formed by being covered with the other substrate. The flow passage includes a merging/branching section which is surrounded by a contour conforming to or being parallel to segments connecting the vertexes of a regular triangle in a view along the thickness direction and which causes solution merging or branching. Valves for regulating the flow of a fluid in the flow passage are provided to at least two of the vertexes.
