Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a fluid discharge element and fluid control method by which dripping is mitigated. [Solution] This fluid discharge element is provided with a discharge orifice for discharging a fluid, and is provided with an edge section 103 that forms the discharge orifice 104, an inner surface 102 that is continuous with the edge section 103 and at which the fluid flows, a side surface 101 that is continuous with the edge section 103 and forms a tubular body on the radially outward side of the inner surface 102, and an annular groove 103a formed in the tubular body in a region of the discharge orifice 104 where the fluid adheres. This annular groove 103a may be formed in at least one or more from among the edge section 103, the inner surface 102 and the side surface 101.
