Title:
FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE IN MICROCHANNEL AND MICROCHANNEL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/120648
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a fluid dispensing device for which the number of branching channels is not restricted; and a microchannel device having said dispensing device. [Solution] A dispensing device 100 comprises: dispensing channels 5 which branch off from a main channel 3; and discharge paths at the end of the dispensing channels. First intra-channel resistance parts 8 are provided near branching positions 31, 32 where the dispensing channels 5 of the main channel 3 are formed, and are further downstream than the branching positions. Second intra-channel resistance parts 9 are provided near the confluence positions 41 of the discharge paths. The burst pressure of each first intra-channel resistance part is greater than the pressure generated by the channel resistance until the fluid reaches a second intra-channel resistance part from a branching position. The burst pressure of each second intra-channel resistance part is greater than the sum of the burst pressure of a first intra-channel resistance part, the pressure generated by the channel resistance until the fluid reaches the sequentially next first-intra-channel resistance part from said first-intra-channel resistance part, and the pressure generated by the channel resistance until the fluid reaches the sequentially next second-intra-channel resistance part from the sequentially next branching-position. The microchannel device is provided with said dispensing device.
