Abstract:
Provided is a fluid filling device which is light-weight in order to ensure that a large number of large capacity to-be-filled containers can be mounted thereupon, and by which a load of an operator in terms of material handling can be reduced. The fluid filling device is provided with a container which stores stirred and defoamed fluid, and to which a discharge nozzle for discharging the fluid is formed; a rotor which is secured to the outer periphery of a rotational shaft, and maintains a plurality of to-be-filled containers at an angle within a range of approximately 30° to approximately 90° with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft; a distributor which is secured at one end of the rotational shaft and introduces the fluid discharged from the discharge nozzle of the container to the plurality of to-be-filled containers; and a rotational means for rotating the rotor and the distributor by rotating the rotational shaft and filling the fluid introduced by the distributor to the plurality of to-be-filed containers by a centrifugal force caused by the rotation.
