Abstract:
Provided is a fluid flow device having high freedom of selection of means for detecting flow errors. The fluid flow device comprises a flow path-forming body. The flow path-forming body forms: a plurality of fluid flow paths; a plurality of spaces for detection, that correspond to each of the fluid flow paths; and a plurality of communication paths (58) that communicate with each of the fluid flow paths and each of the spaces for detection corresponding thereto. Each space for detection has: fluid (61) for detection and gas (62) for detection housed therein and lined up in the longitudinal direction thereof; and interfaces (64) formed between these. The gas (62) for detection is housed inside the spaces for detection such that the position of the interfaces (64) can fluctuate in accordance with fluctuation in the pressure of fluid to be treated that flows through the fluid flow paths.
