Abstract:
A system that significantly reduces the number of captured images required for removing fiber noises and reduces the calculation load and time through filtering processing that can remove noises and produce background data using data on two images. That is, first background processing means subtracts the brightness value of second image data from that of first image data and, if the difference is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, treats the coordinates as the background to obtain first background processing data created by performing background processing of the first image data. Second background processing means subtracts the brightness value of the first image data from that of the second image data and, if the difference is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, treats the coordinates as the background to obtain second background processing data created by performing background processing of the second image data. Particle distribution data processing means uses the first background processing data and the second background processing data to perform image processing of the brightness pattern distribution of a particle image.
