Abstract:
Disclosed is a fluid-guiding device capable of controlling air flow for a micro pump, which device comprises an upper cover body (10), a lower cover body (20), air-inlet valves (30) and air-outlet valves (40). The upper cover body and the lower cover body are fixed together hermetically and constitute an air-inlet chamber (50) and an air-outlet chamber (60) independent from each other; the upper cover body is provided with an air-inlet nozzle (11) and an air-outlet nozzle (12) which are in communication with the air-inlet chamber and the air-outlet chamber respectively; the lower cover body is provided with a plurality of air-inlet openings (21) and a plurality of air-outlet openings (22), with upper end openings of the air-inlet openings being in communication with the air-inlet chamber and upper end openings of the air-outlet openings being in communication with the air-outlet chamber. The air-inlet valves are connected at the air-inlet openings respectively. The air-outlet valves are provided between the upper cover body and the lower cover body and comprise a sealing piece (42), in which a plurality of through-grooves (44) are provided, wherein portions on the periphery of the grooves constitute suspending pieces (41) with elasticity, and each of the suspending pieces covers and seals the upper end opening of each of the air-outlet openings respectively. The fluid-guiding device has the advantages of good sealing performance and avoidance of air circumfluence.
