Abstract:
Provided is a fluid machine that can inhibit the formation of cracks in the crests of a bellows caused by expansion and contraction of the bellows. A fluid machine provided with a bellows configured to be capable of expanding and contracting in an axial direction in order to draw in a fluid from an intake channel and discharge the fluid to a discharge channel, wherein the bellows has crests (17) and troughs (18) formed alternatingly in the axial direction, and annular side walls (19) positioned between the crests and troughs and joining the crests and troughs together, the ratio (B/A) of the thickness (B) of the axially middle parts of the crests in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction relative to the thickness (A) of the side walls in the axial direction being set within a range of 1.3-1.8.
