An execution system (100) for use with a fluid micro-injection device and a fluid micro-injection device having the same, the execution system (100) comprising: a base body (110), a movable element (120), an execution mechanism and an adjustment element (130); the adjustment element (130) is disposed within a mounting cavity (110) of the execution mechanism and is connected to the execution mechanism; the position of the adjustment element (130) may be adjusted so as to adjust a pre-tightening force of the execution mechanism.
