Provided is a fluid mixture spray device which sprays a fluid mixture comprising air that contains minute wash water particles, thereby being capable of removing dust stuck to a coated surface, said dust containing carbon etc. For this purpose, the fluid mixture spray device (10) is equipped with a two-fluid mixing tank (11) that equalizes the pressure of air (1) which flows in with that of wash water (3A) containing detergent; an air passage (12) which is connected to the two-fluid mixing tank (11); a wash water passage (13A); an ejector section (15) which connects the air passage (12) and the wash water passage (13A) to each other, and forms the wash water (3A) into minute wash water particles; and a spray nozzle (16) which sprays at high speed a fluid mixture (5) consisting of compressed air (1) and pure water (3) which turned into minute water particles. As a consequence of spraying at high speed the fluid mixture (5) containing the pure water (3) which turned into minute water particles, this pure water (3) which turned into minute water particles is destroyed, resulting in a small quantity of residual pollutants being removed from the coated surface.
