Abstract:
This fluid path member (1) for cooling a body is characterized by having fused portions (14) formed by stacking a plurality of sheets including at least one uneven sheet (2) that has small unevennesses (15) and fusing parts thereof spaced apart in a planar manner, and flow path portions (16) formed between the fused portions (14) without being fused, a fluid path (3) being formed by disposing the fused portions (14) and the flow path portions (16) so as to spread in a planar manner. Providing fused points spaced apart in a planar manner makes it possible to suppress bulging of the fluid path even when pressure is applied to the fluid, to increase the area of contact with the body, and to ensure the flow path of the fluid in horizontal, vertical, and oblique directions.
