Title:
FLUID POWER CONVERSION APPARATUS AND FLUID POWER CONVERSION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/033070
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A fluid power conversion apparatus comprising a stator (110), a rotor (120), a separation plate (130) and sliding blocks (140), wherein the rotor (120) and the stator (110) are rotatably connected. A circular annular cavity (160) is formed between opposing bottom walls of the stator (110) and the rotor (120). An inlet (200) and an outlet (300) are provided on the stator (110). The separation plate (130) is fixedly connected on the stator (110) and is connected in a slidable manner to the rotor (120). The separation plate (130) is located in the circular annular cavity (160). The rotor (120) corresponds to sliding grooves (170) provided on an end face of the circular annular cavity (160). A sliding block (140) is provided in each sliding groove (170). The sliding blocks (140) extend out of the sliding grooves (170) so as to rotatably fit into the circular annular cavity (160) and, together with the separation plate (130), divide the circular annular cavity (160) into two sub-cavities of unequal pressure. The invention further relates to a fluid power conversion method. The fluid power conversion apparatus not only has a simple structure, but the efficiency of converting kinetic energy to mechanical energy is also high. The fluid power conversion method can effectively convert fluid kinetic energy to rotor mechanical energy, and the conversion efficiency is high.
