Abstract:
This fluid pump comprises a rotation shaft, a motor part, and a pump part. The rotation shaft has a center axis, a first end, a second end, a first axis part, and a second axis part. The motor part has a motor casing including a circumferential surface, a motor stator, a motor rotor, a first radial magnetic bearing and a second radial magnetic bearing, and a cooling jacket. The pump part has an impeller, and an impeller casing having formed therein a pump chamber for housing the impeller. The cooling jacket is disposed at a position at least partially overlapping the motor stator in the center axial direction. An outer circumferential surface which is disposed at a position overlapping the motor stator in the center axial direction includes a first spiral groove formed spirally around the center axis. The width of the second radial magnetic bearing in a direction along the center axis is larger than the width of the first radial magnetic bearing in a direction along the center axis.
