Title:
FLUID PUMPING DISPENSER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/030029
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fluid pumping dispenser that aims to effectively prevent the fluid leakage phenomenon after a product has been used by re-inhaling the fluid remaining inside a push-head the moment the push-head rises as fluid discharge is completed. To this end, the fluid pumping dispenser (200) of the present invention comprises: a large cap (210) coupled to an entrance (110) of a container (100) in a screwing manner; a cylinder (220), which is coaxially placed inside the large cap (210), has formed on the inside a pressure chamber (223) where a fluid (120) is inhaled and temporarily stored, and has at the lower portion thereof an inhaling port (221) for inhaling the fluid (120); a first check valve (230), which is placed directly above the inhaling port (221) of the cylinder (220) and selectively opens/closes the inhaling port (221) of the cylinder (220) according to the change of pressure in the pressure chamber (223) of the cylinder (220); a hollow piston (240) having the lower end portion accommodated by the cylinder (220) such that enables an up and down movement, and an upper end portion penetrating through the center portion of the large cap (210) and extending to the upper side thereof, and having formed a discharge port (241) at the center of the upper end surface; a second check valve (250), which is located at the upper portion of the hollow piston (240), and selectively opens/closes the discharge port (241) of the hollow piston (240) according to the pressure change of the pressure chamber (223) of the cylinder (220); a negative pressure forming member (260), which has the lower end portion fittingly coupled to the upper end of the hollow piston (240), has formed an outward flange shaped bump (261) on the outside of the opened upper end, and is provided with a round lip seal (262) on the inside of the opened upper end, so to form a negative pressure chamber (263) on the inside thereof; a discharge guide (270) having a cylindrical wall surface portion (272) having the lower end portion placed as to enable sliding up and down on the outside of the upper end portion of the negative pressure forming member (260) and an aberration prevention bump (273) for preventing aberration by being caught by the bump (261) at the time of a maximum elevation on the inside of the lower end, and a discharge channel portion (271) which is provided axially at the center of the cylindrical wall surface portion (272) and communicates with the negative pressure chamber (263) as the lower end portion closely contacts the round lip seal (262) of the negative pressure forming member (260); a coil spring (280) having the lower end supported by the upper portion of the large cap (210) and the upper portion supported by the upper end of the cylindrical wall surface portion (272) of the discharge guide (270) so as to elastically support the hollow piston (240) in the direction of the upper side along with the discharge guide (270); and a push-head (290) having a center portion assembled such that communicates with the upper end of the discharge channel portion (271) of the discharge guide, and a discharge port (291) provided on the inside for discharging to the outside the fluid that is pumped through the discharge channel portion (271).
