Abstract:
A fluid sealed actuator comprises a displacement unit, and a control part (60). The displacement unit further comprises a fluid sealed bag wherein a fluid is sealed, and a compression cell. The compression cell further comprises a movable element (31) which is attached to the fluid sealed bag, and a magnetic force generating part which attracts the movable element when excited. The control part (60) excites the magnetic force generating part by means of a low-frequency signal (LFS) and/or high-frequency signal (HFS). When the magnetic force generating part is excited by the low-frequency signal (LFS), the movable element forms an output expansion part in the fluid sealed bag. When the magnetic force generating part is excited by the high-frequency signal (HFS), the movable element outputs higher thermal energy than when the magnetic force generating part is excited by the low-frequency signal.
