Abstract:
In order to provide a fluid servo valve whereby it is possible to linearize the control pressure characteristics with respect to valve drive current even when a movable plate is separated from an electromagnet that exhibits a magnetic attraction effect, this fluid servo valve is provided with: a supply nozzle 11 that is connected to a supply-side flow path 12 and in which a fluid is discharged from a tip section; an exhaust nozzle 21 that is connected to an exhaust-side flow path 22 and in which the fluid is suctioned from a tip section; a movable plate 3 provided between the respective tip sections of the supply nozzle 11 and the exhaust nozzle 21; and an electromagnet 4 that causes at least part of the movable plate 3 to deform and be displaced between the supply nozzle 11 and the exhaust nozzle 22. In addition, the effective cross-sectional area of the supply nozzle 11 is made to differ from the effective cross-sectional area of the exhaust nozzle 21.
