A fluid shut-off safety apparatus, comprising: a valve body (1) provided with a first accommodating region (11) on one end thereof and a second accommodating region (12) on the other end, wherein the valve body (1) is provided with a receiving region (13) between the first accommodating region (11) and the second accommodating region (12), the receiving region (13) enables the first accommodating region (11) to be in communication with the second accommodating region (12), the first accommodating region (11) has an assembling end (111), and the second accommodating region (12) has a connecting end (121); a stop member (2) provided in the receiving region (13); and a shut-off base (4) having an accommodating recess (41) and a connector (3), wherein the connecting end (121) is provided in the accommodating recess (41); when the shut-off base (4) is impacted by an external force, the connector (3) is separated from the connecting end (121), so that the pressure of a fluid in the first accommodating region (11) becomes unbalanced to cause the fluid to largely flow to the receiving region (13) and push the stop member (2) to close a communication portion between the receiving region (13) and the second accommodating region (12), thereby avoiding continuous fluid leakage due to the fact that the fluid continues flowing to the second accommodating region (12).
