Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fluid spray roller and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a fluid spray roller and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a fluid is sprayed onto a surface of a cylinder-shaped roller to reduce contact pressure between the roller surface and a product surface or a fluid layer is formed therebetween whereby friction between the roller and a product in which damage to the product and the roller can be reduced, and consequently a conveying speed of the product is increased in such a manner that the productivity is enhanced. According to the present invention, the fluid spray roller comprises: a roller body having a cylinder-shaped surface; and shaft bodies equipped on the ends of both sides of said roller body, wherein a fluid space into which a fluid flows is formed inside the roller body, and a spray hole connected to said fluid space is formed on a surface of the roller body so that the fluid flowing into the fluid space is sprayed onto the surface of the roller body.
