Abstract:
Provided is a fluid state detection sensor that suppresses conductivity measurement accuracy degradation resulting from fluid state detection sensor characteristics and precisely detects the state of a fluid. This fluid state detection sensor (1) comprises: an electrode unit (10) comprising a pair of electrodes that are disposed so as to face each other; a conductivity acquisition unit (30) for detecting a resistance value from an inter-electrode voltage value acquired using the electrode unit (10) and acquiring the conductivity of the fluid; a control unit (50) for executing the overall processing of the fluid state detection sensor (1) according to a control program stored in a ROM, or the like; a storage unit (60) for storing a correction value for a fluid for which the conductivity calculated by a conductivity calculation unit (32) for calculating the conductivity of the fluid from the inter-electrode voltage value is greater than or equal to a prescribed value; a correction unit (70) for, if the conductivity calculated for the fluid by the conductivity calculation unit (32) is greater than or equal to the prescribed value, using the correction value (61) stored in the storage unit (60) to correct the conductivity calculated by the conductivity calculation unit (32); and an output unit (80) for outputting the corrected conductivity.
