A fluid supply cup cover with a ventilation mechanism. The main body of the cup cover is provided with a first tubular portion (5) extending downwardly on a face thereof toward the bottom of a fluid supply cup (1), wherein a partition (6) is provided inside the first tubular portion (5), the partition (6) divides the first tubular portion (5) into an accommodating chamber (7) and a ventilating chamber (8), a ventilating hole (9) is provided on the lower part of the partition (6) so that the accommodating chamber (7) is connected to the ventilating chamber (8), the main body is provided with a second tubular portion (10) extending downwards on a face corresponding to the ventilating chamber (8), a hole (11) is provided at the bottom of the second tubular portion (10), the hole (11) is in communication with the ventilating chamber (8), and the first tubular portion (5) is equipped with a ventilation tube (12). Paint is prevented from entering a ventilation chamber, thereby eliminating a situation of paint dripping from a ventilation hole; and by means of mechanical isolation, a situation where paint cannot drip in a ventilation tube does not occur, thereby improving the efficiency and stability of ventilation.
