Provided is a fluid supply device wherein a fluid supply part is capable of significant eccentricity from the central axle of a shaft, having good ease of use. The fluid supply device comprises: a shaft (12) having a first central axle (12a) and which stores a fluid; a leading part (22) which is positioned in the leading end side of the shaft (12), having a second central axle which is inclined with respect to the first central axle; a first fluid relay wick (20) which is disposed within the shaft (12), and which extends along the first central axle (12a); a second fluid relay wick (30) which is disposed within the leading part (22) and which extends along the second central axle (22a); and a fluid supply part which is disposed in the leading end of the leading part (22) and is positioned symmetrically about the second central axle (22a). The leading end of the first fluid relay wick (20) and the aft end of the second fluid relay wick (30) are inserted in a fluid retention material (32) which is positioned at the intersection of the first central axle (12a) and the second central axle (22a), and respectively have angles.
