Abstract:

There are a fluid test chip and a method to make it. This fluid test chip mainly includes a base plate and a flow channel structure, and the base plate has a plane shape first surface, and the flow channel structure forms by a preinstall design on the first surface of the base plate, which causes the altitude of the surface of the flow channel structure not to be lower than the altitude of the first surface of the base plate. The flow channel structure has a hollow netted structure, and the hydrophilicity of the flow channel structure is higher than the hydrophilicity of the first surface of the base plate.
