Title:
FLUIDIC CHIP AND DIELECTROPHORESIS DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/277088
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides technology that enables performance of electrodes with respect to a channel to be evaluated without using a channel for dielectrophoresis. A fluidic chip includes a substrate (21), a main channel (31), a liquid reservoir (40), a pair of main electrodes (33a, 33b), and a pair of examination electrodes (43a, 43b). The main channel (31) is located on an upper face (211) of the substrate (21), and liquid can be injected thereto. The liquid reservoir (40) is located on the upper face (211) of the substrate (21), and is located away from the main channel (31). Liquid can be injected into the liquid reservoir (40). The pair of main electrodes (33a, 33b) are located between the upper face (211) of the substrate (21) and the main channel (31). The pair of examination electrodes (43a, 43b) are located between the upper face (211) of the substrate (21) and the liquid reservoir (40).
