Abstract:
A fluidized-bed catalyst suitable for producing haloarylnitrile, and preparation and application thereof. The catalyst comprises an active ingredient and a carrier. The active ingredient is a complex consisting of VPaCrbAcMdOx by atomic ratio, wherein A represents at least one metal selected from between an alkali metal and an alkaline earth metal; M represents at least one selected from among Ti, Zr, Hf, La, Ce, Nb, Mo, W, Co, Zn, Fe, Ni, B, Sb, Bi, As, Ga, Ge, Sn, and In. In an XRD pattern of the catalyst, there is a diffraction peak when 2θ=27.8±0.5°and 2θ=13.8±0.5°, and the ratio of the peak height (I1) of the diffraction peak when 2θ=27.8±0.5°to the peak height (I2) of the diffraction peak when 2θ=13.8±0.5°is equal to 3.5 to 6, i.e., I1:I2=3.5-6. The catalyst shows good ammonia-oxidizing activity, and can achieve high reaction conversion rate and selectivity without using a dangerous chemical, bromoethane, when applied to haloarylnitrile preparation.
