Abstract:
This fluidized combustor is capable of reducing the wear on a fire-resistant projection, and extending the life thereof. A fluidized combustor is provided with heat-resistant projections (10, 20) for projecting into the combustor at intermediate locations in the vertical direction from the inner surface of a heat-resistant material (6) which covers the inside of a combustor wall (1) for forming a combustion chamber (2), and is configured so as to have flat surfaces (11, 21) on the upper surfaces of these heat-resistant projections (10, 20). As a result, fluidized-material pools in which fluidized material running down along the heat-resistant material (6) collects are formed on the flat surfaces (11, 21), and then fluidized material which subsequently runs down impacts the fluidized material in the fluidized-material pools, but does not directly impact the flat surfaces (11, 21).
