A fluidized bed device for handling fine particles as a fluidized bed in production processes of medicines, cosmetics, foods, chemical products, and the like, wherein influence of static electricity is suppressed, and a method for neutralizing static electricity using that device. The fluidized bed device comprises a device for irradiating fine particles in the fluid layer device with X-rays.
