Abstract:
A fluidized bed drying facility fluidizes and dries brown coal (101) that is an object to be dried and has been supplied to a fluidized bed drying device (102) by supplying fluidization gas to the fluidized bed drying device, the fluidized bed drying facility being provided with: a dust collection device (105) which is mounted in a generated steam line for discharging generated steam (104) generated from the fluidized bed drying device and eliminates dust; a superheater (131) which superheats the generated steam that has been just discharged from the fluidized bed drying device; a detection means which is either or both of a temperature gauge (133) for detecting temperature information relating to the generated steam in the generated steam line and pressure gauges (132a, 132b) for detecting pressure information relating thereto; and a control means (135) which detects the occurrence of condensation in the generated steam (104) when the temperature information or pressure information inputted by the detection means becomes lower than a set value, and as a measure for preventing the occurrence of condensation, performs control for superheating the generated steam (104) by the superheater (131).
