Title:
FLUORESCENCE DETECTING METHOD AND SAMPLE CELL FOR DETECTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/047027
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] A fluorescence detecting method for capturing a substance to be detected that specifically binds to a fluorescent label, and a sample cell for detection thereof, wherein the amount of the substance to be detected that is captured is increased, and high sensitivity and a shortened detection time have been achieved. [Solution] A sample solution (S) containing an antigen (A) specifically binding to a fluorescent label (F) is made to flow down a sample solution channel (113). A mixed phase solution (G) not containing the antigen (A) and the fluorescent label (F) is made to flow down a mixed phase solution channel (114). The sample solution (S) and the mixed phase solution (G) are guided to a two-phase flow channel (115) that is narrower than the respective widths of the sample solution channel (113) and the mixed phase solution channel (114). In the two-phase flow channel (115), a two-phase flow of the sample solution (S) and the mixed phase solution (G) occurs, and the sample solution (S) is made to flow down along a side wall (115a). A detecting unit (200) provided on the side wall (115a) captures the antigen (A) specifically bound to the fluorescent label (F), excitation light (L) is shone onto the detecting unit (200) and fluorescence is detected, and the amount of the antigen (A) present is detected on the basis of the detected fluorescence.
