Abstract:
A fluorescence temperature measurement material, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, relating to the technical field of fluorescence-based temperature sensing. The chemical composition of the fluorescence temperature measurement material is Na1-xSrxTaO3:yPr3+, wherein x=0.1-0.2, and y=0.4-0.6%. The fluorescence temperature measurement material is prepared by means of a high-temperature solid-phase method, and produces blue luminescence at 492 nm (3P0→3H4) and red luminescence at 610 nm (1D2→3H4) under the excitation of 290 nm ultraviolet light. The fluorescence intensity ratio (1D2→3H4/3P0→3H4) of two emission peaks is in an exponential function relationship with the temperature, so that the temperature can be calibrated, and good temperature-sensitive performance is achieved. In addition, the fluorescence temperature measurement material has a particle size smaller than 1 μm, and good spatial resolution, and the CIE color coordinates change noticeably along with the temperature. The fluorescence temperature measurement material has ultrahigh sensitivity and signal resolution, and has high application potential in the field of optical temperature measurement.
