Abstract:
Disclosed is a fluorescent cotton knitted fabric dyeing process, comprising the following steps: pre-treatment, fluorescent dyeing, dehydration and drying, and setting. The fluorescent dyed textile of the present invention is adaptive to the requirements and developing trends of high-end and fashionable textiles for domestic and foreign markets. The fluorescent fabric has the characteristics of the robustness and comfort of cotton fabrics, whilst also having an attractive colour and lustre. The present invention can improve the fluorescent colour fastness of cotton fabrics to grades 4-5, thus achieving a distinct depth and brightness.
