Abstract:
Disclosed is a fluorescent endoscope device (100) that acquires quantitative information of a subject. The fluorescent endoscope device (100) comprises a light source (10) that projects excited light and white light upon a subject; an image generator unit (41) that acquires a fluorescent image, photographing fluorescent light generated in the subject by the projection of the excited light, and that acquires a white light image, photographing return light returned from the subject by the projection of the white light; an image corrector unit (43) that generates a corrected fluorescent image, employing the white light image acquired by the image generator unit (41) and correcting the fluorescent image; a threshold setting unit (45) that sets a threshold in the corrected fluorescent image generated by the image corrector unit (43), on the basis of the average of tone values on a per pixel basis thereof; an image adjustment unit (51) that increases contrast in the corrected fluorescent image of a region having a tone value greater than the threshold set by the threshold setting unit (45) and a region having a tone value less than the threshold; and a monitor (50) that displays the corrected fluorescent image whereof the contrast has been increased by the image adjustment unit (51).
