Title:
FLUORESCENT PROBE FOR DETECTING ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/114573
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fluorescent probe for detecting adenosine triphosphate and a use thereof, wherein the fluorescent probe can selectively detect adenosine triphosphate without interference from in vivo molecules having a similar structure. In addition, the fluorescent probe according to the present invention has the advantages of having a simple structure and enabling fast mass synthesis. The fluorescent probe according to the present invention has the form of a nanoparticle in an aqueous solution and selectively exhibits fluorescence turn-on properties when bound to adenosine triphosphate, and thus not only overcomes the problems of existing fluorescent probes having a complex structure for detecting adenosine triphosphate and problems due to interference from molecules having a similar structure to adenosine triphosphate, but also has the advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity, fast reaction time, and having wide applicability, such as in the detection of adenosine triphosphate in mitochondria in cells, and thus can be efficiently utilized for selective detection and imaging.
