Abstract:
A surface treatment composition prepared by emulsifying a fluorinated oil and water by using a surface-active polymer comprising a graft copolymer or a block polymer having a fluorinated segment and a hydrophilic segment in its molecule. The composition is a highly stable emulsion and excellent in initial water- and oil-repellency and persistence of this effect, and can impart a good hand.
