Fluorine compounds of the following general formula: R?f1¿R?2¿OCOCH¿2?CHR?1¿COOR?3¿R?f2¿¿o?, are provided, water- and oil-repellants containing which compounds can impart dry soil resistance to substrates, wherein R?f1¿ and R?f2¿ are each independently polyfluoroalkyl having 3 to 22 carbon atoms; R?1¿ is hydrogen or C¿1-10? alkyl; and R?2¿ and R?3¿ are each independently C¿1-4? alkyl or the like.
