Abstract:
The present invention provides a fluorine-containing ether compound which is represented by the following formula. R1-O-R2-CH2-R3-CH2-OCH2CH(OH)CH2O-CH2-R4-CH2-R5-O-R6 (In the formula, R3 and R4 represent same or different perfluoropolyether chains; each of R2 and R5 independently represents a divalent linking group having one or more polar groups; and each of R1 and R6 independently represents an end group that contains a tertiary amine and is expressed by -X-NR7R8 (wherein X represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; R7 and R8 represent same or different saturated aliphatic groups; and R7 and R8 may form a ring structure together with a nitrogen atom).)
