Abstract:
This fluorine-containing ether compound is represented by the following formula. R1-R2-CH2-R3a-CH2-R4a-CH2-R3b-CH2-R4b-CH2-R3c -CH2-R5-R6 (R3a, R3b, and R3c each represent a perfluoropolyether chain; R2, R4a, R4b, and R5 each represent a divalent linkage group having at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a carboxy group, and a sulfo group; in R2, the terminal on the side where a bond is formed with R1 is an oxygen atom; in R5, the terminal on the side where a bond is formed with R6 is an oxygen atom; and R1 and R6 each represent a hydrogen atom or an organic group having 1-50 carbon atoms, and at least one thereof is a group in which a cyano group is bound to a carbon atom included in an organic group having 1-8 carbon atoms.)
