Abstract:
Provided is a fluorine-containing polymer which is thermosettable at low temperatures (room temperature to 150°C). The fluorine-containing polymer includes a unit represented by formula (1). (In formula (1), X1 and X2 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, Q1 is a single bond or ethereal oxygen atom, Rf1 is a fluoroalkylene group, or a fluoroalkylene group having two or more carbon atoms having an ethereal oxygen atom between carbon-carbon atoms, Z1 is NR1-Y1, O-Y2, or S-Y3, R1 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group, and Y1, Y2, and Y3 are each independently a group having one or more hydrolyzable silyl groups.)
