Abstract:
Provided is a fluorine rubber composition containing carbon black and a rubber component that contains fluorine rubber, wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (N2SA) of 25-180 m2/g (inclusive) and a dibutyl phthalate (DBP) absorption of 60-180 ml/100 g (inclusive). In a kneading step (A) wherein the carbon black is blended into the rubber component, the average shear rate on the rotor surface of the kneading machine is 100 (1/second) or higher and the maximum kneading temperature (Tm) is 120-200˚C (inclusive). Consequently, the fluorine rubber composition has achieved a good balance between high tensile strength and high elongation at break after vulcanization, while obtaining good mechanical characteristics even in high temperature environments. Also provided is a bladder for tire production, which is produced using the fluorine rubber composition.
