Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fluorocarbon resin film or fluorocarbon resin laminate which has excellent resistance to heat, and excellent interlayer adhesion to an object which is put on top of the film or laminate, such as a prepreg, a production method for a thermally-pressed laminate using the film or laminate, and a production method for a printed board. This fluorocarbon resin film contains a fluorocarbon resin having a melting point of 260-380ºC, and has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 3.0 nm or more as measured in 1 μm2 of at least one surface thereof in the thickness direction using an atomic force microscope. This laminate 1 has a layer A10 containing the fluorocarbon resin and a layer B12 formed of another base material, wherein the layer A10 has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 3.0 nm or more as measured in 1 μm2 of a second surface 10b thereof using an atomic force microscope.
