Abstract:
A fluoroelastomer composition which is flexible, has fuel-barrier properties, and is excellent in properties including heat resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. Also provided are a sealing material, molded article, and fuel hose which are obtained by crosslinking the fluoroelastomer composition. The fluoroelastomer composition comprises a polyol-crosslinkable fluoroelastomer, a polyol type crosslinking agent, and a hydrotalcite, wherein an acid acceptor consisting only of one or more divalent-metal oxides or hydroxides is contained in an amount of 2 parts by weight or smaller per 100 parts by weight of the fluoroelastomer.
