Abstract:
Provided is a fluoroelastomer composition which need not contain graphene having specific surface properties, can be crosslinked at an industrially sufficient rate, and can give a molded fluoroelastomer article which not only is equal in tensile modulus to conventional molded fluoroelastomer articles but also is superior in breakage strength and wear resistance. The fluoroelastomer composition is characterized by comprising a fluoroelastomer including units of a monomer having a crosslinking group and slender sheet-shaped graphene, the ratio of the width-direction length (W) to maximum length (L) of the graphene, L/W, being 2 to 105, and the ratio of the thickness (T) to maximum length (L) of the graphene, L/T, being 1×101 to 1×107.
