Title:
FLUORORESIN LAMINATED METAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAID METAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1993/019935
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A fluororesin laminated metal coated with colored fluorine group resin films containing colorant and heat-bonded to the metal surface, which is obtained through the process that, when laminating said colored fluororesin films on the metal surface, at least either said films or the metal are heated to be bonded to each other under pressure and a fluororesin laminated metal thus obtained is heated once more. In a fluororesin laminated metal, a printing layer composed of inking resin composition is formed on the surface of a fluororesin film or of said metal, said film is heat-bonded to the metal surface, and an inking resin composition in said printing layer is constituted of any of fluororesin and imide group resin. In a resin-laminated metal or worked metal in which the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy is partly coated with fluororesin layer, at least an edge surface of non-resin-laminated part of said metal cut when worked is coated with an anodic oxidation film or chemical oxidation film.
