Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a PFA molded body comprising a copolymer (PFA) of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) (PAVE), with the content of PAVE being 1 to 10 mol%, characterized by having a flex life value of 2,000,000 or more, a zero shear viscosity of 10,000 to 20,000 Pa∙s, and a thermogravimetric weight loss of 0.05 weight% or less; and a method for producing the same. This PFA molded body has a high flex life value, a low heated weight loss value, and a low zero shear viscosity while maintaining excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and is capable of being produced at high yields.
