Abstract:

A flush toilet bowl is provided with: a toilet bowl body 14 having a bowl section 12, a rim water channel 36 which is formed in the circumferential direction in the upper inner peripheral section of the bowl section 12, and a rim section 24 which is provided so as to expand outward from the upper edge of the bowl section 12; and a functional component 52 mounted on the upper surface section 20 of the toilet bowl body 14 at a position behind the bowl section 12. The flush toilet bowl is characterized in that: the upper surface section 20 has a cutout 90 formed so as to be recessed downward from the remaining part of the upper surface section 20; the functional component 52 is disposed above the cutout 90 so that a part of the functional component 52 is located below the upper surface of the rim section 24; a part of the functional component 52 protrudes into the bowl section 12 from above the cutout 90; and a water channel forming surface 100, which is the upper surface of the rim water channel, is provided to the bottom surface of the protrusion section 98.
