Abstract:
A flux-concentrating direct-drive permanent magnet electric motor. The main structure of same comprises two components, namely, a rotor and a stator, and same can be a linear electric motor or a rotating electric motor. A plurality of permanent magnets (3, 9) in a rotor core (1) and a stator core (8) are mounted in a specifically designed manner and in a specifically designed magnetizing direction, and the rotor and the stator are assembled at specific relative positions, such that the flux-concentration effect of the plurality of permanent magnets is significant, and a relatively high utilization rate of a permanent magnetic field and a relatively small magnetic leakage coefficient are thus acquired, thereby significantly increasing the thrust density. The flux-concentrating direct-drive permanent magnet electric motor has the advantages of a high thrust density, small thrust fluctuation, being low cost, simple to machine and assemble, reliable running, easy multi-module expansion, etc.
