Abstract:
Provided is a flux that is able to inhibit the formation of solder bridges at electrodes formed at such narrow pitches that would likely result in a solder bridge with conventional fluxes. The flux according to the present invention is characterized by containing 15-35 mass% of polyoxyalkylene ethylenediamine, 2-15 mass% of an organic acid, 10-30 mass% of a base material, 3-30 mass% of an amine, and 20-40 mass% of a solvent.
