[Object] To provide a flying disk having a mechanism for causing a propeller for generating lift to rotate when the disk separates from the hand of the player when the disk is thrown, and causing the rotation of the propeller to stop at the end of the flight. [Solution] A flying disk, characterized in having: a disk body having an upper wall section in which a circular opening is provided in the center, and an outer peripheral wall extending downwards from the outer periphery of the upper wall section via a curved surface or an inclined surface; a propeller and a drive device for causing the propeller to rotate, the propeller and drive device being supported in the center of the opening by a part of a frame constituting the disk body; and a centrifugal switch configured so as to pass electricity in accompaniment with the rotation of the disk body, and cause a propeller connected to the drive device to rotate; the flying disk being configured so that rotation during flight causes the propeller to rotate, and the decrease in the rotation speed or stop in the rotational speed at the end of the flight causes the rotation of the propeller to stop.
