Abstract:
Provided is a flying robot for performing a specified operation, said flying robot comprising a body, and a propulsion part having a plurality of propulsion units that generate propulsive power by the driving of a rotor and are provided to the body. Said flying robot further comprises: a contact/support part which contacts a specified contact surface and is capable of supporting at least part of said body; a sensor which detects the inclination of the body; and a control unit which, when the specified operation is being carried out with the contact/support part in contact with the specified contact surface, performs orientation control in which at least one of the plurality of propulsion units is driven on the basis of the inclination of the body, such that the inclination of said body detected by the sensor is within a specified angle range. By means of such a configuration, a flying robot, which is a flight vehicle, configured to carry out a specified operation achieves a smooth operation.
